Billing questions
Is Ultramock free to use?
Yes. The full creative editor is free in your browser, with no account or card needed. Free includes 3 image or video exports every 24 hours, with an Ultramock watermark, and a smaller set of devices, scenes and backgrounds.
How much does Ultramock Pro cost?
Pro is $20/mo billed monthly, or $120/yr billed yearly. The yearly plan works out at $10/mo, a saving of 50%, which is 6 months free. Prices are in USD, and sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings whenever you like. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from Manage subscription in your account settings. Switching moves your subscription to the current price for the plan you choose.
I subscribed at an earlier price. Will my price go up?
No. You keep the price you signed up at for as long as you stay subscribed on the same plan. If you cancel, or switch between monthly and yearly, your subscription moves to the current price.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly payments are not normally refunded once the billing period has started. A first yearly subscription can be refunded if you ask within 14 days of purchase and have not made substantial use of Pro. The full policy is in our terms.
Who handles billing?
New subscriptions are sold through Link, Stripe’s merchant of record service, which takes payment and handles sales tax and VAT. Your receipts come from Link, and you can manage your subscription from your Ultramock account.
